Driveways & Arrivals
Curved, bordered, and exposed-aggregate drives that set the tone before the door is opened.
Savannah
Architectural concrete for homes and estates that ask for permanence, restraint, and a little Southern grace.
The Studio
Magnolia Concrete Company was founded on a simple conviction: concrete can be as refined as any stone, and as lasting as the houses it serves. We work with architects, builders, and homeowners who want surfaces that feel inevitable—quiet, exact, and made to age well.
From Ardsley Park terraces to Isle of Hope drives and courtyards across Savannah and the Lowcountry, every slab is specified, formed, and finished by a crew that treats the work as craft, not commodity.
The Craft
Decorative, structural, and architectural concrete—specified for climate, load, and the way a place should feel.
Curved, bordered, and exposed-aggregate drives that set the tone before the door is opened.
Outdoor rooms in stamped, scored, and honed finishes—made for magnolia shade and long evenings.
Cool, slip-conscious decks with clean edges and quiet patterning around the water.
Custom concrete pools formed, poured, and finished as part of the same outdoor room—not a separate trade bolted on later.
Microtoppings, stains, and inlays that renew an existing slab without losing its structure.
Foundations, walls, and large architectural pours coordinated with builders and design teams.
Selected Work
A few recent placements across Savannah’s neighborhoods and surrounding estates.
How We Work
A measured sequence so the finish you approve is the finish that is poured.
We walk the site, study the architecture, and understand how the surface will be used through every season.
Mix design, color, jointing, and edge details are written before a form is set. Samples are poured when needed.
Forms, pour, and finish are handled by the same crew. Weather and cure are watched, not hoped for.
Sealing, walkthrough, and care notes. The work should look settled on day one and better in year ten.
Kind Words
“They treated the terrace like a piece of furniture. The color is exact, the joints disappear, and guests assume it is stone.”
Eleanor V. · Ardsley Park
“Our builder said they were the only crew he trusts on a custom home. After watching them work, I understand why.”
James & Priya R. · The Landings
“The pool deck is the quietest luxury in the garden. Clean edges, no fuss, and it looks settled the day they left.”
